Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. Since each item is made to order, there's a short production time before shipping. Standard delivery is 5-10 business days after production. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $75 ship free within the US. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate of $4.95 for the first item plus $3.00 for each additional item.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since each item is made to order, we start production quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at our contact page. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.
Products & Quality
What are your shirts made of?
Our standard tees are premium cotton or cotton-poly blends, depending on the style. Each product listing includes the specific material and weight. We use well-known blank brands like Bella+Canvas and Gildan for consistent quality.
How should I care for my printed shirts?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Following these steps will keep your design looking great for years.
What printing method do you use?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which produces vibrant, high-quality prints that are soft to the touch and built to last. Unlike screen printing, DTG allows for detailed, full-color designs.
How do your sizes run?
Our shirts generally run true to size. Check the size chart on each product page for specific measurements. When in doubt, size up — a slightly loose cruise tee is always comfy.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. See our full return policy for details.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the size you need. We'll send you a prepaid return label and get the right size on its way.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry if that happens! Contact us with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Are your designs original?
100%. Every design is created in-house by our team. We don't use generic clip art or copy other creators. If you see it here, we made it.
Do you offer group or bulk discounts?
Yes! Planning a group cruise? We offer discounts on bulk orders of 10+ items. Contact us with your group size and what you're looking for, and we'll put together a custom quote.
Can I suggest a design?
We love hearing from customers! If you have a design idea, send it our way through our contact page. We can't promise every idea will be produced, but we're always looking for inspiration.
