Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $79
- Standard shipping: $4.95 for the first item + $3.00 for each additional item
Production Time
Every item is made to order just for you. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, cruise season kickoff), production may take an extra day or two.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days (when available)
Total time from order to delivery: approximately 7-15 business days for standard shipping.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships. You can track your package using the link in your shipping email.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not yet available but is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, or if there's no tracking update for 7+ days, contact us and we'll investigate and make it right.
Order Before Your Cruise?
Planning to wear your new gear on the ship? We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your sail date to account for production and shipping time. If you're cutting it close, contact us and we'll see if we can expedite your order.
